I forgot my password and Turbo Tax let me in after a lot of verification, but never let me reset my password. How do I reset my password If I don't remember my old one?

If you are able to get into your account, change the password from there.  

Click "Tax Home" on the left side

Click "Intuit Account" on the bottom of the left side bar

Click Edit next to Password

The thing is you need the old password to be able to create a new one from there.

All is good, It let me create a new password this time
