Texas Franchise Tax - Cannot Efile Final Tax Return - Error with Form 05-102

Hello community, I shutdown and dissolved my business last year. I am filing my final tax return. I am having issues.

I am at the final step to eFile and keep getting this error here. It will not turn non-pink.  Has anyone figured out how to get over this issue?
