Terrible customer service

I downloaded TurboTax Deluxe and had a problem. I have called customer service four times to resolve the problem and each time after the representative asks to look at my screen, and then looks at it for several minutes, I get disconnected. I suspect they disconnect me because they can't figure out the problem. The last time I called I even asked the rep to call me back if we were disconnected, and guess what? We were disconnected and she never called back. I can't proceed with my taxes without having this problem resolved. I am on the verge of buying a competitor's product.

Hi, Rob,

This is a forum not customer service. If you want help here, you need to discuss the particular problem you are facing. Did your download not install? What are you seeing that lets you know you have a problem? With that information, you might get the help you need here.

Of course, as you say, you can also give up and try a different program :-). That is up to you.

And of course, it's sad that you got disconnected several times, and I'm guessing you aren't even mentioning how long you were on hold.... All the best of success going forward!
