taxes withheld

in my final review, it says $0 tax withheld, but i have a 1099 NEC, is this normal? thank you !

Your 1099-NEC income is not subject to employment-tax withholding, you're required to pay these taxes yourself.

These taxes are calculated on a Schedule SE, which must be attached to your tax return.
