Taxes paid with return

Where do I input the taxes paid with my return? I am filing an amended return, resulting in an overpayment, and all of the corrected information on the 1040-x is flowing to my new amended 1040 except the taxes paid with my return. As a result, the overpayment refund on the new amended return is understated by the amount paid with the filing of my return.

Amount you paid at submission of 1040 or 4868 goes on Form 1040-X Line 16.
