Taxes paid for new car

I bought a new car in 2024. There is a line item that says:
SALES TAX TITLE AD VALOREM TAX  2452.88

Can I deduct this from my taxes assuming I itemize my deductions? Thank you for your help.

Yes and no.  You can deduct the sales tax and the Ad Valorem tax, but not the title fees. If you take the sales tax deduction, you would do this instead of the State and Local Income Taxes.  You cannot take both the State and Local Income Tax and The State and Local Sales Tax.  It is one or the other.
