Taxes only "return received" at IRS but I have my refund?

When I check my refund status at the IRS (sent 2/12), the orange bar is still on "Return Received". But I got my refunds (fed and state) on 2/23. Do I need to check anything out with the IRS to make sure my return was actually properly processed?

It's been reported that there have been delays with the IRS tool. 
Please keep checking back periodically.

My refund has been saying “your refund is still being processed” for 24 days now! I tried calling the irs but no response. I’m trying to contact TurboTax but no response. It’s very frustrating.
