Hello. My name is Stefan [PII removed] and I am contacting you about my taxes.
I applied for tax recovery, I waited and it tells me that I have to wait 21 days or more to recover the taxes. Several months have passed and I have not received any reply.
You can contact the IRS because I do not have the possibility to do this and send them to review my tax file.
Thank you in advance.

No one can check  this for you.   No one has access to your information.   The IRS does not provide any information to TurboTax after you file your tax return.  You have to use the IRS refund site for yourself to track your refund.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.  “21 days”  is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

    https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

    To track your state refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

What message do you get when you use the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool that xmasbaby0  mentioned above to check your Federal refund status?

If you end up needing to contact the IRS, why are you unable to do so?    If you are located in the USA, we can tell you the steps to reach domestic IRS customer support by phone.

If you are located in another country, we can tell you how to reach the IRS International Taxpayer Service Call Center.
