Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available

Once I put in my information and hit transmit my returns now after e-filing, it says the following:

Your transmission didn't go through

We could not e-file your return for the following reason:

Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available.

I'm not sure if this just means I should wait or if I did something wrong in the process.

This is an issue that is currently being worked on to be resolved. I would suggest checking back later this week for an update.
