Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available. I already took off State File and I'm still getting this message. TT broken?

This is a known issue which is supposed to be fixed after February 28.

The 28th is the deadline for early submission, that isn't helpful to me. Should I just print it and mail it?

Your call, but mailed returns take many more weeks to process than returns that are efiled.
