I'm making alittle more income than I did the previous year. Do I increase my tax withholding to get a bigger tax return? Or just leave it be?

As your income goes up with your job, your tax withholding should go up as well to cover the increase in income. So you should not have to make any changes unless you just prefer to have a larger refund.
When you are working on your return in TurboTax, there is a section where you can make adjustments to your expected income and it will create a new W-4 to take to your employer to change your withholdings.
