Tax transcript

I keep looking at my transcript for 2024 taxes and I have a bunch of codes and one of the code just telling me W-2 and tax withholding then I have another spot that says balance due overpayment using TP figure per computer another one says balance due overpayment, using computer figures and another one says account balance, plus accruals.  What does that all mean

Many numbers in the transcript have two entries: one is the number you (TP, taxpayer) supplied, and the other is "per computer", which is what the IRS computer thinks it is supposed to be.

Normally, these numbers are the same. However, if the IRS received an income form that you did not report or you made a typo in entering something, then the IRS computer will present updated numbers ("per computer").
