Why is wmr saying I entered my info wrong when my refund was already accepted?

Select the Re-Enter button to try again. In particular, make sure you enter your exact federal refund dollar amount, social security number and filing status. For more info please click the link below.

I entered all my information correctly over ten times it still said the same thing I have been waiting since Jan 30 my return was accepted
