My mom died in Sept. I have completed the Form 1310.
2 questions:
1. Since my information is on the 1310, can the refund be direct deposited into my account or do I need to have a paper check?
2. Turbo Tax is asking for a Drivers License for the electronic filing. Do I use hers or mine?

Suggest that you read IRS Pub 559 (Survivors, Executors, and Administrators) for a lot of good information about filing the final return and estate return and other requirements.

Assuming that there is no surviving spouse who should be filing a joint return...
You cannot e-file because as the above IRS publication states:
Name, Address,
and Signature
Write the word “DECEASED,” the decedent's
name, and the date of death across the top of
the tax return. If filing a joint return, write the
name and address of the decedent and the surviving
spouse in the name and address fields. If
a joint return isn't being filed, write the decedent's
name in the name field and the personal
representative's name and address in the address
field.
There is no way to sign a e-filed return as required.
And form 1310 requires your signature.
As far as direct deposit: The deposit will probably be in the deceased name payable to the person on the 1310 form. Many banks would reject such a direct deposit and I do not know if that is even an option with the IRS.
