You will have to be a lot more specific than "tax return incomplete"

We cannot see your screen, your return or your account.  What is the problem?

I've received two emails from Systems Administrator that my Return is incomplete. Sign in to finish filing. As soon as I close the email it disappears from my system

 

Both times I've check my returns and found no errors. I've received cell phone messages on Thursday, 18 March that my Federal And State Returns were accepted by the IRS and WV State. I have not received a confirmation email on either.

I was not able to enter my code for confirmation at the very end. I tried to get in my email and lost it...... I need to enter code before its complete? and sent?

Yes, you will need to get a new code and complete the process.  You will get confirmation when you successfully submit.
