Did you have your fees deducted from your refund? If so it will be sent from the IRS to Santa Barbara Bank and Trust.
If not, then it will go straight to your bank account.
Also, did you elect to have your refund sent over to a Credit Karma account?
Thank you for replying.
Yes. I choose to pay TurboTax fees from my refund. But I am wondering why it has been 13 days. Didn't get my refund.
No I didn't elect to have my refund over to a credit karma account.
It can take 21 days to receive your refund from the time it has been Accepted in your return. Since you paid with your refund, please see this Help Article for further assistance on when you will receive your refund. You can also track your return here in our tracking guide.
But I mean it has been 13 days from the time it has been sent not the time it has been accepted.
It's 2020 tax refund.
A 2020 tax return? When did you file it? Or did you mail it? You could not efile 2020 after Oct 15. Online is now only good for 2021. You had to use the Desktop program to file 2020 and you have to print and mail prior year returns. If you used the online program you might have bigger problems.
Hello, thank you for replying.
I filled it on February 2 2021. But it was Delayed due to suspicion of identity. They send me letter on August 2021. I don't know why they took so long to send me this letter. They want to verify my identity. And when they verified my identity. Evrey day I was checking my refund status and it keeps saying still being processed. Until January 3 2022 the refund was approved. And on February 1 2022 refund was sent. It has been 13 days and no refund
