Tax Refund w-2

There is no problem with my federal tax, but it says ready to mail. Will I receive the money in my bank account or by mail? My state tax was $369. In fact, in the last document I downloaded, $369 appears as a return. But after confirming, the tax home page shows $0 for the State. While doing this, I chose normal mail because it did not allow me to receive the documents by e-mail. I would like to change that too.

You have several questions.  I'll try to answer them one by one.

There is no problem with my federal tax, but it says ready to mail. Will I receive the money in my bank account or by mail?

    • That depends.  Did you post your bank account to your tax return?
    • On the second page of the printed return do you see an entry in box 35?

My state tax was $369. In fact, in the last document I downloaded, $369 appears as a return (refund). But after confirming, the tax home page shows $0 for the State.

    • Every state tax return is different, but the refund, or the tax due is typically on the last page.
    • Use the actual state tax return to confirm your refund or what you owe.

While doing this, I chose normal mail because it did not allow me to receive the documents by e-mail. I would like to change that too.

    • If you've selected file by mail you should complete the process that way.
    • If there were documents to attach that couldn't be filed electronically, be sure to include them.
    • You may be able to E-File next year.

Ready to mail means your tax return has not been filed.   TurboTax does not mail it for you.   If you are going to file by mail instead of by e-filing, then you have to print, sign and date your return in ink, and mail it yourself.
