Tax refund advance, false?!

Never received an advance from my tax refund. Just disclosure forms with no indication of approval nor rejection. The IRS accepted my tax return and Turbo tax is advertising “File with us and get your tax refund advance within 30 minutes of acceptance”? This is not the case. I usually do my tax returns with an accountant, for years now. The only reason I decided to file my own taxes for the first time is due to the tax advance that Turbo tax is advertising. I refuse to go back and forth with Credit K and Turbo Tax. They are both unsure what happened and don’t have the answer to my question. Neither can tell me on their end what happened to my tax advance nor if I even got approved or not. Shame. Why advertise something that you are unsure of ? Nor have the answer to questions? This will be the first and the last time I file on my own with Turbo tax and will close my account with Credit Karma spend account as well. I’m sure losing one person will mean nothing to neither, as they will continue to fool people all over with their false advertisements every year and especially the first timers that fall for it for the first time, like I did. It’s disappointing that I gave both of them the benefit of the doubt but not next year. I would accept that if I did indeed get rejected for the advance for whatever the case may have been with a rejection notice that never got sent my way.  This is turbo tax and credit karma both at fault. But blame each other. I’ve spent 30 minutes on the phone with both reps lol. With no resolution.

I’ve read it numerous times, still doesn’t answer my questions i whether approved or not approved. Turbo needs to advertise it accordingly with no lies or false hope in between. I clearly states get tax advance after IRS acceptance.

With Refund Advance, you are applying for a Loan through First Century Bank.  They are the ones that approve your loan.  

TurboTax is the facilitator, and Credit Karma is the disburser of the loan funds. 

You could try checking with them; however, you should have received an Email from First Century Bank saying whether you were Approved or not.

Check your Loan Disclosure documents for contact info.

I’m not the only person on here that has not received an email from them. Like I mentioned prior, no approval nor rejection. sponsors or not, first century or not , this is false. just trying to get more people to use turbo. I did lol
