Tax ID PIN

I'm helping my daughter file her taxes electronically but the Tax Pins we have all come back rejected.  How do I find out what tax PIN she used last year to file?

I'm working off new computer as my older one died, and I cannot get into last year's Turbo Tax software.

Reopen her 2020 tax return.  You can find her pin with the submission information at the end of the program just before E-filing.

I don't have TurboTax 2020 loaded on this laptop.  its new since she filed last year.  The laptop was damaged.

If you are referring to the five digit Self-Select PIN from TurboTax, there is not a way to retrieve that. For identification purposes, you can enter either last year’s Self-Select PIN or your adjusted gross income (AGI).
