I am a taxpayer  in the home i am taking care of my mother i shared a health care plan for 11 months with her do i allocate my percentage for  premium percentage ,slcsp,and advance payment  at 100%

Tax form 8962

Yes, you need to do the Shared Allocation to calculate the Premium Tax Credit (PTC). Indicate in the 1095-A section that you 'shared the policy with someone not on your return'.  

 

When TurboTax asks for your % Allocation, you can try a couple of different configurations to see what works best for you (gives you a larger PTC), if you are the one paying the entire premium. Any way you want to allocate the premium cost between the persons on the policy is fine, as long as the total doesn't exceed 100%.
