I mailed my Form 709, no tax due, have a receipt that shows was postmarked 4-08-25 . But as of 4-15-25 has not been received by IRS. USPS says there is a delay. Will IRS be Okay with that?

Yes, you are fine since the postmark on the envelope is on or before 04/15/2025.
Yes, your tax return just needs to be postmarked by 4/15/2025. The IRS states, "Your return is considered filed on time if the envelope is properly addressed, has enough postage, is postmarked, and is deposited in the mail by the due date."
Refer to IRS Topic When, how and where to file? For more information.
