Tax filing: foreign-owned Single-Member LLC in Wyoming

I registered the LLC the 23rd December, 2021. It is foreign-owned Single-Member LLC. No income, no bank account, only registered until today. Do I need to file any IRS taxes?
Form 5472 and Form 1120?

If you have zero income and zero expenses that you want to claim for 2021 then you have no need to file a return.

No, in a case where you have no income, no expenses and no transactions, you do not have to file Forms 1120 and 5472.
