Tax expert not responding

tax expert is not responding at all. Please help me get in touch with him and ask him to not leave their clients like this. It is unprofessional. Only 8 days left and I’m so stressed out

the system keeps cycling between the last steps of reviewing the order and then wont move onto selecting my refund method. I have tried clearing the cache, help??
