I did purchase a CD. Due to the fact that I don't have a CD drive on my computer, I was advised to call TurboTax help line, they downloaded or pushed to my computer. So I am using the software without inserting the CD. Please let me know if you can help me in this situation like you are able to with online software users. Thanks.

What help do you need? You can ask questions here in the user forum all you want. We can answer most questions here---but we cannot help with billing issues. You can ask clear and specific questions. If you mean can you get the kind of "Live" help available to users of online Live users, no, you cannot get that same one on one tax expert help that the users of online Live are paying extra for.
Just so you understand.....you are using desktop software---whether you installed a CD to a drive or downloaded it. You are not using online software.
We see people get confused and they keep logging in to online software which will require them to pay at the end. You need to use the desktop software. One way to tell if you are using the right software---your tool bar. Online software has the toolbar in a black vertical column on the left side of the screen. Desktop software has the tools up on the top of your TT screen.
And...you have the features of desktop software---not the features of online software. That means you have Forms mode, you can e-file up to five federal returns, etc. etc. etc.
TurboTax desktop program users are not eligible for TurboTax Expert Reviews or Expert signing. However, TurboTax desktop program users are provided with product support and are able to call in to speak with a tax expert when seeking tax advice.
