Suspecting TurboTax is not working.

Last year I filled with TurbTax online.  This year I am using the downloaded version.  Very little has changed: 

Total income decreased, taxable income decreased by $7K,

Fed credits increased $2K, 

but the program shows that last year I owed $3.7K in taxes and received a refund,

this year it calculates I owe $11.7K in taxes.

How can I find out what is going on?  I have no idea who to contact.

The best way to find out what happened is to make a line by line comparison of this return and the prior one(s).

I found the help line number to call and was waiting for a call back.  I also started a line-by-line comparison with last year's forms.  I could see where the problem was, but not why.  The call back was professional, polite and helped find a letter code error on a W2 entry.  Changed a frustrated customer to elated!
