Survey not presented

Hello,

I had the same Tax expert file my taxes for me and each time I was supposed to be presented with the survey on my web browser it never appeared.

I wish to thanks the person but do not wish to publish names in public, they were very friendly and I truly appreciated the assistance they provided, to the point in which I even attempted to contact support via phone to find a way to answer a survey via any available alternative method.

If there's anyone knowledgeable regarding this I'd love to be in contact and provide additional information.
