submitting return for filing

I have completed both Fed  and state return The review said taxes ready to file, I have given the PIN, My DL . But when i hit submit it does not transmit returns It just goes to a blank screen and will go no further

Can you please advise whether this is a glitch with my software  I have been using Turbotax since the first year it came out and this is the first time I hav had an issue
