Stuck on upgrade to deluxe

My return got rejected I fixed the problem but now It’s telling me to upgrade to deluxe I click continue and the pages loads and takes me right back to the page that says upgrade to deluxe it won’t let me refile

What was the problem and what did you do to fix it?

Should have been more clear I fixed my rejection problem I had to add my 1095-a healthcare 

my screen is still stuck on upgrade to deluxe it won’t let me refile my taxes the screen just loads then takes me back to upgrade to deluxe I’m literally stuck on one screen

You had to upgrade to Deluxe because you cannot use the Free Edition if you have a 1095A.   Free Edition does not support that document.

So you either agree to the upgrade and the fee or

Use this IRS site for other ways to file for free.  There are 8  free software versions available from the IRS Free File site

Or—if you live in certain states you may be eligible to use the new IRS Direct File

In Filing Season 2025, Direct File will be available in Alaska, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

I have been trying to upgrade to deluxe all day it won’t let me go past the upgrade to deluxe screen I have been trying to upgrade it all day it loads and takes me right back to upgrade to the deluxe screen

I’m having the same exact problem. Been trying to get past that page all day with no luck. Please share if you figured out how to fix it.

Go to this TurboTax website for the Deluxe online edition and see if this will resolve the issue - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/deluxe.jsp

I did what I did was go into my account like I was purchasing the deluxe with my debit card  it gave me an option to take off the $29 one I had to make it seem like I had the free version then when I went back to my tax screen it let me go past that screen finally and finish filling I can’t remember exactly how I did it I honestly was just messing with everything until I got it but I know you have to make everything zero like you had the free version and make it seem like your purchasing the deluxe but not on the page your in try to go into your account it should say something about purchasing
