I am having bad panic attacks over this and hope someone can please answer. We filed our taxes in January and got them back in January on the advance card. I had talked to a few different Turbotax professionals and they all had told me that we would get our Stimulus check direct deposited. We qualify for one. Long story short, we didn’t get it. I have tried so many times to get onto the Get My Payment but no matter if I enter my info or my husbands it keeps saying they same thing. That my info doesn’t match their info on file. I don’t even get the “stimulus status unavailable at this time” glitch. I get lock out after a few tries. I can’t log in to change over to our bank info. We need this money for food And supplies for my family and I keep getting the run around. I just need to know how to fix the direct deposit when I cannot even log into the portal that everyone keeps telling me to go to. From what the break down looks, it will be July before we see a paper check, just because my husband changed jobs a few times.

try these tricks - see if any work.
type you address EXACTLY as it appears on your tax return.. Try ALL CAPS
social security number must have the dashes included XXX-XX-XXXX
date must have leading zeros if necessary (e,.g. April is "04" not "4')
AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return. Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018
also try your husband's information.
According to IRS FAQs, here is what they have to say about error messages with the Get My Payment tool:
To ensure the information is entered correctly, please use the help tips provided when entering the information requested to verify your identity. If the information you enter does not match our records, you will receive an error message. Check the information requested to ensure you entered it accurately.
You may want to check your most recent tax return or consider if there is a different way to enter your street address (for example, 123 N Main St vs 123 North Main St). **Make sure your address is standardized here (especially the zip code).**
If you receive an error when entering your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI), refund amount, or amount you owed, make sure you are entering the numbers exactly as they appear on your Form 1040 or tax transcript. If the numbers from your 2019 tax return are not accepted, try the numbers from your 2018 tax return instead.
If the information you enter does not match our records three times within 24 hours, you will be locked out of Get My Payment for 24 hours for security reasons. You will be able to access the application again after 24 hours.
I have done all this, the info bro g entered is correct. I have done all the tricks and tried to enter my address every way possible. Still no luck. I cannot even get passed the first part to be asked to enter AGI.
I have done this. No luck. I don’t even get to the part about the AGI.
