I need TurboTax help to get my bank account info to the IRS. I can't register because the system does not recognize my cellphone number and I need the money now because I am not getting paid from the coronavirus mitigation.

The IRS website for stimulus payment information does not ask for a telephone number - https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
