Stimulus check

Just out of curiosity how will this work if in 2019 my daughters father claimed her but than went to jail in December of 2019? His mom is his power of attorney and filed his stuff for him. But will I automatically get it for my daughter since he is in jail?

I have been in waiting from 2017 and not approved for it until dec 10 2019. I did not file taxes since 2017 I have now received 2 months of ssi payments. My question is will I be eligible for the stimulus agreement even though I do not have 2018 or 2019 taxes
