Step 3 failing to send code on email - unreadable text received case # [phone number removed]

Still unresolved 04/2/23.  requested support via your help phone number and spoke to Teresa W.  of your Turbo Tax Support Case Team, who signed into my computer and verified each step was successfully completed without errors. Until the final step 3 FAILED OVER & OVER AGAIN. THIS IS STILL UNRESOLVED.  as with several others are posting the same error!!!  I am very disappointed & guess I have to use another service to file.
