Return got rejected as AGI from last year did not match. It's corrected, but when I go to refile software is asking me to enter credit card info again.

If your Tax Return was rejected, your payment was rejected as well.  The pending charge you see on your Credit Card will drop off in a day or two.  Therefore, when you refile your return, you should include the full payment.
