Status saying ready to mail

I sent them 3weeks ago status is still saying ready to mail

By the term "sent" did you mean you mailed the returns?

If you mailed your return, the status will always be "ready to mail."   TurboTax has no way of knowing if you actually dropped the return in the mailbox.

If this is a Federal return, and if you are due a Federal refund, then at about 4 weeks, you should start to see evidence of a mailed return in this IRS tool:
