My nebraska state was suppose to be e filed as well, was just waiting for the forms

States often times take longer to complete there forms for filing. Once they are ready you can return to your TurboTax account, answer any additional questions that you may have and submit for e-filing for no additional charge if you have paid. The forms you are waiting for, for Nebraska will be ready for e-file on 02/02/2018 (subject to change by the state). See forms availability for updates: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3319879
