I want to download my state tax programs. It says PA will be read 12/23 but does not give me a date for VA. When I try to download VA it doesn't download but doesn't give an error message. This is very frustrating as I can't find out when the program will be ready or if it already is available.

None of the state programs are ready to download.  Not until December at least.  Where did you see 12/23?  See

So I tried to download the program from the turbo tax program. It gives the date when you do that.  I tried to print the screen, but it won't let me paste it here.
