I live in IL but received unemployment in WI. No state taxes were withheld only Federal. Do I need to file a WI state tax along with my IL state tax?
When I go to my state, is has IL and WI there. It makes it look like I need to file in both states even though no state tax was withheld in WI. I don't want to download another state if I don't need it.
Thank you!

No, you do not have to file a Wisconsin tax return for Wisconsin Unemployment if you are not a Wisconsin resident. Unemployment compensation received by an individual who is not a resident of Wisconsin is not taxable by Wisconsin, regardless of whether the payments relate to services performed in Wisconsin or another state.
