I worked for an Ohio company for the year and lived in WV for 2months. I then moved to SC and worked from home.  One pay had OH state tax withheld while living in SC, WV state tax withheld for all other pay.  No SC state tax withheld.  How should this be reported for the different states?

The reciprocal agreement between OH & WV only applies to full year residents. Assuming you physically worked in OH, while a WV resident, you need to file an OH non-resident return and a part year resident return for both WV and SC.  You report all the  2 months of OH income on your OH return.  You also report the 2 months OH income on the WV return and claim a credit for the tax paid to OH.  Report the income earned in SC only on the SC return
