State tax return filing online separately

I have already filed my federal tax return online for 2024 and received my refund. Now I would like to file my Indiana tax return online also, and I owe some money. How do I file only the state return as turbotax shows me the amount I already received less the amount I need to pay. It seems like it doesn't know that I alredy got my refund. How do I correct it? I want to efile only my Indiana return and pay what I owe, but I do not see that option in my account.

TurboTax is just showing you the net between the state tax due and the federal refund.
