State tax payment plan

After filing my taxes I connected the state and arranged a payment plan. Do I need to cancel the payment that is scheduled that I set up on turbo tax?

The payment you set up on TurboTax is what information was sent to the State. When you set up the payment plan they should have been able to see your original payment date. Call them back and be sure that they did cancel that payment.
