State Sales Tax as an Expat

If working as a US government contractor overseas, would I claim state sales tax (Im not asking about the part where TX is a tax-free state but where you can manually input all receipts or have it auto done). Ive lived overseas all of 2024, but my w2 has my last home of record address as Texas.

If you paid sales tax for TX, you could use those receipts. I can't imagine any way for you to have paid sales tax based on your TX address, but if you did, it counts.
