<P>I worked outside of my home state. The state I worked in has no income tax. My W2s do not have anything listed for these boxes. What do I do? Turbotax says to leave it blank, but that got it rejected.</P>

my state refund was rejected due to a 1099 box 16a issue. There is no amount in this field on the 1099-r.
