This is a public user community forum.  No one in this forum can screen share. 

What does "not going through" mean?   Did you already efile the Federal return, and if so, has the Federal return been accepted?   You can't efile a state return by itself until a Federal return has been accepted.

If that's not the reason, then what state is it?   What is the error message?   Have you gone through the REVIEW tab in the left menu column?
