State and Local Income Tax Refund Worksheet

On the State and Local Income Tax Refund Worksheet, I need to put boxes in part 1 column 1f so my refunds received in 2024 can offset my payments made in 2024.  But I can't find a place to enter it that flows to column f except with an override.  Where am I supposed to put those?  (The Carryover Worksheet also requires an override.)
