You can enter a 1099-INT no matter where it is from.

Do a Search (upper right) for 1099-int and click on the jump-to link (Mac users must find 1099-INT in the Topics List).

Answer YES that you received interest income (if this is the first interest income you are entering).

On the next screen, choose, "I'll type it in myself".

On the next screen, enter the name of the organization that paid you the interest and the amount. TurboTax does not check to see where this interest comes from (and does not care).
