I keep getting my return rejected because my spouse's AGI does not match the IRS's records and 'The IRS has already rejected this number: $0'. I have gone through the prompts several times and put in the correct AGI the I have on the IRS's account transcript for my spouse, which is not $0, but it always says get's rejected and Turbotax says 'The IRS has already rejected this number: $0' rather than the number I put in. I even tried putting in $0 since I saw that as a solution to other spouse AGI problems, but that did not work either. I would rather not mail in my return if possible.

If none of these help, you will have to file a paper return.
