I'm trying to close this all up, but every single asset I am depreciating from a previous year- requires me to identify two deductions (below). I have no frame of reference for answering this for 2021...do I just use the same answers as 2020?

Yes, in most cases, the answers to these questions would come from your prior year return. If you used TurboTax, look for the Asset Entry Worksheet lines K and L. If those boxes are blank, you can enter zero to resolve the Smart Check message.
