Your Deluxe package is $59 and fee for state tax preparation is added. You charged me an additional $54 for Deluxe Assist. Um. No. I did not request that assist. I had a basic return to add data in for and never chose "Assist". At the end when ready to print it asks if I agree with the charge. I choose the option of not agreeing and what happens? I get a pop-up stating what I think is fair? So I add in your advertised fees that was equal to what I used your service for. Your response in another pop-up box? I get a "we will give you a 15% reduction".
Do I have an option to call anyone to visit about this directly? Nope. Only number is to a "expert" for questions. I do not have questions for my return. My question is why you are baiting and switching and there is absolutely no way for a "customer" to get resolution or even ask why?
