Problem entering payer address on 1099 forms

there are 3 lines available to enter the address i.e company/suite or P.O. Box and street

Problem occurs when old a name and a street are entered

Turbotax reports this as a problem with an uncompleted entry line

Can you clarify which type of 1099 you are trying to enter? For instance, 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC.
