I need my last year return from turbo tax. I've made a new account and am ready to file but need my AGI. Can they combine the 2 accounts?

I have already paid on the new account. If I can't get my information can I get a refund?

Sorry, but TurboTax accounts account be merged.

Please refer to the article below to assist you in gaining access to your old account. Once accessed, you'll be able view your AGI on your tax timeline.

However, you can also access your AGI from the IRS hotline at 1-800-829-0582 ext. 652
